Amy Galligan, LMT
As the owner of Market Street Healing Arts since 2014. Amy Galligan has been a full-time licensed practitioner of massage therapy since 2006. A graduate of Fingerlakes School of Massage in Ithaca NY. Her primary focus is myofascial release, through trigger point, deep tissue and A.R.M. (active range of motion) but is well versed in all aspects of body work. Amy takes the time to discuss the individual needs and concerns of each client.

Sarah Tyo Stevens, LMT
Sarah studied at Finger Lakes School of Massage and graduated in 2006. Sarah creates an individualized session based on the specific needs of each client‘s body; from relaxing Swedish, to deep connective tissue therapy, as well as targeting specific pain and injury with neuromuscular (trigger point) therapy and sports massage. She truly enjoys pampering the mom to be with a well-deserved prenatal massage and is also a second-degree Reiki master.

Kara Carapella, DC, MSACN

Dr. Kara Carapella, owner of Carapella Chiropractic, received a Doctorate in Chiropractic, as well as a Masters in Applied Clinical Nutrition from New York Chiropractic College, graduating as a member of the Phi Chi Omega Honor Society. Dr. Carapella focuses on the underlying causes of dysfunction and disease, and takes a ‘whole person’ approach to healthcare.

Dr. Carapella has advanced training in postpartum care, perinatal pelvic pain, tethered oral tissues (TOTs/pediatric tongue ties), RockTape Myofascial Movement Taping, RockPods Myofascial Cupping, and Sacro-Occipital Technique. In addition, Dr. Carapella is certified in Webster Technique, a protocol used to restore biomechanical function of the pelvis for patients who are pregnant, postpartum, or trying to become pregnant.
Dr. Carapella's passion lies in treating prenatal and postpartum pelvic pain and associated pelvic floor dysfunction.

Dr. Carapella is an active member of the American Chiropractic Association (ACA), New York State Chiropractic Association (NYSCA), and the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA).

Erica Wise, DC

Dr. Erica Wise received her Doctorate of Chiropractic from New York Chiropractic College in 2011. After
practicing for many years in Baltimore, she decided to move home to be closer to family.
Dr. Erica has 10 years’ experience rehabilitating patients who suffered traumatic injuries with a variety
of chiropractic and soft tissue techniques. Outside of trauma rehabilitation, she enjoys seeing a variety
of patients from children to senior citizens.
Dr. Erica recently completed her training in Webster technique and is eager to start caring for pregnant and postpartum patients. She enjoys
helping her patients improve their physical health through an individualized approach to chiropractic care.
